Rev. Tim C. Drum, II

Reverend Drum graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and completed a Master of Divinity Degree at Duke University, after which he served churches in Western North Carolina for 10 years before coming to SC. 

He became the pastor of Jacksons Grove UMC in July of 2022.

“The two things I enjoy the most about being a church pastor are preaching and getting to know the congregation,” says Drum. “I love finding creative ways to explain the Word, and I love knowing our members, the young and the elderly… hearing their stories and learning about their lives.”

Reverend Drum is the campus chaplain and Director of Church Relations at Spartanburg Methodist College . In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor of religious studies.
